Live to be 100!

What are your prospects for becoming a centenarian?
Three generations of a happy family.

If you're curious about how your actions and choices may affect your longevity, here's an easy way to get a quick assessment. Visit "Living to 100" and consider taking the Life Expectancy Calculator.

Just answer forty questions about your health and family background. You'll receive feedback for each of your answers, a list of suggestions for changes you can make that includes how many years each change might add to your life, and the option to retake the calculator so you can track your progress.

The website evolved from the 1999 book, "Living to 100: Lessons in Living to Your Maximum Potential at Any Age" by Thomas T. Perls and Margery Hutter Silver. The premise is to help younger people apply the life lessons of centenarians to improve their own lives.

If you'd like to join the Centenarians Club, check out "Living to 100" on the web or in the bookstore. For fun, take the Life Expectancy Calculator and see how your score adds up!
