Q: When does my subscription expire?
A: Check the address label on your most recent issue of LCJM. The expiration date is printed near the top right.
Q: What is my subscription number?
A: Check the address label on your most recent issue of LCJM. Your subscription number is printed near the top left.
Q: Do you mail renewals?
A: Yes, one renewal is mailed after you receive your last issue of LCJM.
Q: How can I renew my subscription?
A: Send back the renewal notice mailed to you, mail us the Subscribe/Renew form found in each issue of LCJM, renew on the LCJM website, or call us directly at 218-828-6424, ext.10.
Q: I winter at another address. Can you mail the magazine to me there?
A: Yes, we can enter up to two addresses with dates on your record. The computer will automatically switch to the appropriate address. Just provide us with the seasonal address change card found in each issue of LCJM.
Q: I did not receive my latest copy of LCJM.
A: Please contact us with your subscription number so we can check your record. Possible reasons are: failure of delivery through the postal system, we have your wrong address on file, or your subscription may have expired.
Q: I sent in my change of address but it hasn’t changed yet.
A: The address change was probably received after the list was sent to our mailing house. Your new address should appear on the next issue mailed.
Q: I did not send in an address change. Will LCJM be forwarded to me by the post office?
A: Permanent address changes will be forwarded for 60 days; temporary or seasonal address changes will not be forwarded at all. So it is important that you notify us of your new address as soon as possible.
Q: If I receive two or more issues of LCJM at the same address, can I combine these so I receive only one?
A: Yes, just provide us with the subscriber numbers off each issue.
