Judge - Doug Livingston

Doug Livingston is an electrical engineer who retired seven years ago. After his retirement, he started going up the North Shore on weekends. There is where he developed his interest in outdoor/nature photography. Since then, he has taken photo workshops from Steve Kohls, Layne Kennedy, and Rod Plank. The community education class he took from Biff Ulm is the first building block of his photography success.
